End User License Agreement (EULA) for DontSpoof Vault

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and DontSpoof (“Licensor”) governing your use of the DontSpoof Vault extension (“Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for use on compatible devices only and does not permit sublicensing or distribution.
2. Restrictions
You agree to the following restrictions:
- No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- No Modification: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
- No Redistribution: You may not distribute, lease, sell, sublicense, or share the Software or any part thereof with others.
- No Unauthorized Use: You may not use the Software for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. DontSpoof retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. Privacy Policy
The use of the Software is also governed by the DontSpoof Vault Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is collected, used, and protected.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DontSpoof does not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DontSpoof shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software, even if DontSpoof has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. DontSpoof may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from your devices.
8. Updates and Changes
DontSpoof reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the DontSpoof website or notifying you through other means. Your continued use of the Software after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of United States Of America. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in USA.

By using the DontSpoof Vault extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
